What a great way to spend a dreich Sunday afternoon! Coastal rowers from Burghead, Collieston, North Berwick, Queensferry, Newhaven, Portobello, Isle of Whithorn and the Isle of Seil joined Jan Bee Brown, RowAround’s storyteller-in-residence, via Zoom, for guidance and inspiration on how to write an adventure on a post-it note – with a rowing theme.
Some comments from the participants
Thoroughly enjoyed this afternoon. Great to see everyone, to talk rowing and do something creative. Hope we can do more! Thank you so much!
Thank you for a fun hour – really enjoyed it (and seeing everyone!)
Lovely to hear the adventures, and take part; what a great way to spend some time getting to know rowers across Scotland! We’ve covered just about the length of the country I think.
It was a great way to spend an hour and got the creative juices going amazingly quickly! Also lovely to chat about why our various club skiffs are called what they are – very interesting!
Lovely to do something different, and talk about rowing of course! Thank you!
It was great fun…and lovely to see familiar faces from our rowing community again!!!
Great session, thank you to Jan and all participants.
